First time I have used STS Recycling. Extremely friendly staff helped me thru their process of setting up an appointment for pick up. On pick up day, I received a call about 30 minutes before they arrived. The two gentlemen helped me with sorting and loading the equipment. Very helpful and professional. A few days later I received an email with information about processing my equipment and a destruction certificate for the hard drive in an old desktop. Awesome service, awesome support!!! I normally don't like leaving reviews but when I feel like it's deserved it's only right to share my positive experience. Our specialty pharmacy needed some equipment recycled and we weren't really sure who could handle something like this but we reached out to STS and they really blew our minds with everything. They walked me step through step on what was going to happen and when it was going to happen. The equipment handlers Jamal and Rashod were AMAZING. They arrived and were nothing less than professional. Not only were they efficient but they possessed a working demeanor that I'm sure any company would be proud of. I was expecting the disposal process to take a few hours and they were in and out within the hour (And we had a ton of equipment). I just wanted to thank you all again!

I researched reviews online for a reputable electronic recycling company that was well rated. I wanted to be sure that my data would be wiped clean from three computers and that parts that were usable could be repurposed rather than end up in a landfill. STS did not disappoint. From the first contact with Wendy who explained what STS does with the equipment and walked me through the equipment form to the drivers who picked it up on time, it was a very good experience. Plus it was a free service. They will issue a certificate after the work is completed verifying that my information and sensitive data has been destroyed/removed. I give them an A+.

Guys arrived on time and very professional. My experience from getting quote, scheduling from their office and guys onsite completed the job without issues. It looks like they take care of their trucks and shredding machines. 600sh drives quick than I expected. I will calling them again for future e-waste.

I love this service! We had old desktop PCs, old tube monitors that weigh a ton, and a large box full of keyboards, mice, and modems. STS came and picked it all up for free!!! What a country!!!

We use STS on a regular basis. We simply fill out their form detailing what type of items we have to be picked up and they respond with a scheduled date. They have even reworked the schedule at times to accommodate us better.

We called STS to recycle a lot of old computers, computer parts, random outdated electronics and so many wires.
